This is a song I recorded while driving home from work, I just kept my phone near my window. My vocals are about a friend I had for about 11 years of my life, we grew up together. He's always lived right across the street from me, and to this day he still does, but I've seen him maybe 2-3 times in the past 2 years. Sometimes people just grow up and grow apart, I was 4 years older than him so we were both at different points in our lives. There became a day where he literally just stopped talking to me, and showed no interest in trying to make plans around his busy schedule to hang out for just a little while, and he tended to ignore my attempts to contact him. There was even a time when I had to babysit his little brothers, and when he came home and saw me he hardly acknowledged me as someone he was every close friends with, and didn't even invite me to stay and talk for a little bit. This track was my best attempt at expressing my feelings towards the whole situation.
Was introduced to RAGK at KCNF2. She's been a good friend of mine ever since and makes some really rad power electronics, as well as other music. Be sure to show her some love M15H4P
Been a good friend of mine almost ever since I started doing noise. He makes some great drone and HNW, I've done several splits with him and he's helped with album art on multiple occasions. M15H4P
